It must be in the Genes! Daniela Sims, daughter of owner Julie Arrendale, is officially an "assistant buyer" for Blue Genes! Since the age of 1 Daniela has traveled on many buying trips with the 3 owners of Blue Genes, but at the most recent trip to the Atlanta Market, Daniella finally started helping out...as a model! Daniela is a HUGE fan of the Fall 2008 Rowdy men's collection. She loves designer Dallas Austin's street couture take on the classic Fedora hat! 
Alexandra Sims, daughter of owner Jane Sims and her husband, Derek Sims, is turning 1 on June 30th!!! We can’t believe how fast our little angel is growing! Alexandra is moments away from taking her first steps, and she’s already saying “mama” and “dada”. If you’re lucky enough to catch her at Blue Genes, you can even expect her to greet you with “hi there” and “bye-bye”, which comes with the added bonus of her precious little wave!
